I filed a premature Ripoff Report against Magnaflow Performance Exhaust. The V.P. of Global Sales personally contacted me himself. He said that I did not contact upper level management, that I did not go up the chain of hierarchy within their Corporate structure. He assured me that all Magnaflow wanted was for me to be happy with the exhaust kit and the customer service they provided.
The Company bent over backwards to make sure I was totally happy. The new exhaust kit Magnaflow sent me looks and sounds wonderful on my 2012 Ford F-150. I am totally satisfied with my exhaust and the outstanding customer service provided by Magnaflow.

Today (10/26/2012) I received a personal phone call from Mr. Jon Holder, V.P. of Global Sales. Mr. Holder was very Kind and most Sincere. He told me that I never did get through to Top Level Management, as I initially reported.
He assured me that all Magnaflow wants is to have Satisfied, Happy Customers. He said the Company is not so big that they don't care about their Customers. I really feel very good about the Top level V.P. of Global Sales, contacted me personally. It goes to prove that Magnaflow truly cares about their Customers. Magnaflows products have always been tops in Quality, and the Sound of their High Performance Exhaust Systems are recognized as the Best in the Industry. I am now very happy with the way Magnaflow has handled this situation to my total approval.
