 Do not trust Magnaflow's website regarding exhaust system fitment !!! Because their website is wrong, their dealer's websites are also incorrect regarding proper fitment.

I have a 2011 Cadillac CTS 3.6 Premium Sedan which accoring to Magnaflow's website should be a perfect fit for their part# 15136 Cat Back Exhaust System.......wrong!! I order the system through a distributor at $795.00 and had it shipped to my home. Dropped my vehicle off at Meineke to have the sytem installed. A couple hours later I received a call from Meineke that they had cut the OEM system off but the new system would not fit. The car was up on a lift and Meineke needed the bay to perform other work. I asked them to be patient while I called Magnaflow. I explained to Magnaflow's tech expert, Jared, exactly what was going on. Jared stated that the system was built to spec and it should fit.

After several minutes of begging, Jared agreed to call Meineke. Some time later I received a call from Meineke letting me know that Magnaflow had opened up a case file but it would be some time before they got back to Meineke. Again, Meineke let me know they needed their bay and I let Meineke know I need my car for my business. I asked Meineke if they could make alterations to the Magnaflow sytem to make it fit. They let me know that if I left part of the system off, it would fit. I told them to proceed (my mistake) and put the system on. I picked the car up and drove it home. Needless to say, it sounded terrible. The next morning, I took the car back to Meineke and asked the to reinstall an OEM system which they did.

I advised Magnaflow of every detail listed above. They will not return e-mails or phone calls. As another complaintant on this site states, Magnaflow is too big to care. So, i am out the cost of the system, the original installation charge, the reinstallation charge and have a exhaust system that is completely usless to me.

Magnaflow is TERRIBLE. I have been in the customer service business 32 years and if I treated my customers like they do, I would not have lasted 5 years. Buy from them at your own perile.....Magnflow's fitment charts are NOT ACCURATE.
