MagnetStreet values excellent customer service and we strive to exceed our customers expectations with every order. We are very sorry to hear that this has not been this particular customers experience. In this case, there was a shipping error on our part that we corrected as soon as we learned of it. Regrettably and uncontrollably, inclement weather further delayed the shipment. With respect to border fees, there should not be any border fees a MagnetStreet customer is required to pay. MagnetStreet serves many Canadian customers. We are a U.S. company but have a contract with the carrier that allows packages to be shipped directly to the customer. The only fee is the GST tax that MagnetStreet collects up front. In this particular case, we have offered to reimburse the additional fees paid by the customer. Again, we are very sorry for any unpleasant experiences and encourage communication between this customer to rectify any outstanding grievances.
