Complaint Review: Mahibay - Mahibay Utah

Another lie by Mahibay, May 1, 2007 I received a email from Joshua A. Lee that he would start working on my web site. On June 14, 2007 I asked for a refund, thats over 6 weeks. Never was I asked about how I wanted my logo and web site layout. How is this a costume web site?

Once again, you see the timeframe Randy gave and it was within 6 weeks. That is precisely the timframe mentioned on our website depending on custmization. Just because we do not contact someone does not mean we are not working on their website. By the way, we did try and contact Randy by email and did take his phone calls.

Lets get the facts straight. 1. I also keep all emails received and sent. 2. On May 1 ,2007 this is a copy of Joshua Lee email. Sounds good. We'll begin on your logo and site design. June 14, 2007 I emailed Brandon Boyd asking when my web site will be done. Copy of email. I am sending this to Josh right now to get you taken care of. Brandon R. June 15,2007 I'm feed up Its been over 6 weeks since Joshua L said he was going to start working on my web site and I asked for a refund. I asked for a refund June 15, 2007. On June 16, 2007 I changed my domain servers back to go daddy . On June 18 ,2007 I get a email from godaddy to forward my domain name to Mahibay servers. This was a custom design web site for $4,000, never was asked how I wanted my web site or logo designed. I had one web site designed for me before, they sent me a number of logo's to choice from and asked for my approval of the site design before it was launched. Mahibay never asked how I wanted my web site or logo designed. Does this sound like a custom design web site to you? 6. Brandon Boyd is wrong the web site was never launched since I changed my domain servers back to godaddy on June 16, 2007. 7. Reported to BBB and soon to be reported to a number of government agency's.

This individual here is actually a great person to work with. The problem is he is stating things which are incorrect. First, he said it took him one month to get his website. That is actually great timing considering our website states it will take 2-6 weeks to complete the website. Sometimes it can take longer depending on how much customization the person wants done to their website (spanish translation, etc.). He stated we did not return calls or emails but we have on file that we responded to each and every email. Because of how busy things can get we inform each client beforehand we cannot take each and every call but will take as many as we can. I assist our clients who sell on eBay since I am a Powerseller and have a had much success with auction websites. Randy states he received nothing for his website.
