Mahibay Scam Artist poor service Provo Utah
I fell for Mahibays scam. After Mahibay received my payment of $4,000, I waited for over a month for my web site. This is right from mahibay's web site.
As a Mahibay Authorized Reseller, you'll receive our COMPLETE DROP SHIP SOLUTION which includes the following:
- A Custom Drop Ship Web site with over 50,000,000 products which are ready to be shipped out directly to your customer FOR YOU!
- A Fortune500 Custom Logo Design for your new web site.
- Real-time Sales Reports and a Comprehensive Site Management System.
- An Online Order tracking System to track and manage customer orders and profits.
- All Resellers receive unlimited support and access to the Mahibay Support Team, which includes the Mahibay Founders
After A month I did not get a web site, and my email's to Joshua Lee (CEO)were not answered. I phoned a number of times and he was not in the office.
I email-ed Brandon R. Boyd (President) and he said Joshua Lee was in charge of the web sites. If you are getting a custom built web site you think he would have to be in constant contact to build the web site of your choice.
I never heard from Joshua Lee for a month. I did what Mhaibay told me, I bought a web domain name and forwarded the the domain to their servers.
After a month I asked for a refund, again no response. I filled a report with the BBB and transfered the domain name back to my web site. So I received nothing for my $4,000. Maybe I will take them on The peoples court so all 0f America can judge for them self.

This individual here is actually a great person to work with. The problem is he is stating things which are incorrect. First, he said it took him one month to get his website. That is actually great timing considering our website states it will take 2-6 weeks to complete the website. Sometimes it can take longer depending on how much customization the person wants done to their website (spanish translation, etc.). He stated we did not return calls or emails but we have on file that we responded to each and every email. Because of how busy things can get we inform each client beforehand we cannot take each and every call but will take as many as we can. Randy is right, I did state Josh Lee is in charge of the websites because he is. He designs the websites an assists our clients in any way he can with their website. I assist our clients who sell on eBay since I am a Powerseller and have a had much success with auction websites. Randy states he received nothing for his website. We completed his website and launched it as promised. I would be glad to address any other concerns and hope you have a great night.
