Maid2Serve Maid to Serve Broke expensive China, destroyed my wooden floors, failed to come as scheduled Woodbridge, Virginia
This company broke my expensive China, and ruined my new finished hard-wood floors. Furthermore, they would rarely come as scheduled! Interestingly, each and every time they came the place would smell great, but after further inspection, the carpet in our office and bedrooms were never vacuumed, the tub had mildew on numerous occasions (partly because they didn't come regularly), and the entertainment area was full of dust. The kitchen stove was also very dirty, and it appeared that they swept all the dirt in one corner in the kitchen, and didn't even throw it away later. I asked them what equipment they used on my hardwood floors, and they stated they used a "specialized wood cleaner". Well... that "specialized wood cleaner" ruined the finish, and now I am trying to get them to pay for what it will cost to refinish my hardwood floors. My theory is that they used an "all purpose cleaner", rather than something for the hardwood floors. Furthermore, I had noticed that they broke a few pieces of China, and yet they deny so. I knew that a couple pieces were broken because they were missing. They must have broken them, and subsequently thrown it away, assuming we would not find out. I will be pursuing this matter as well. I asked my wife if she had broken anything, and she denied it.... wow... what a surprise. This Company doesn't believe in working hard, and certainly lacks integrity.

I have to say, I havent needed a "move-out" clean to prepare one of the homes Im showing, in quite a while; however, I always check the background details of the company before using and the owner at Maid to Serve even gave me a chance to call a few of their existing customers as references. Some of those customers are actually reputable Realtors, Doctors, and so forth. I have never had an issue with them as far as the hard wood floors go, and I have had several homes, for them to prepare, with hard wood floors. I am also very particular about these properties and their contents so I always leave strict instructions that their crew seems to follow without fail. I couldnt imagine this being the same company you're talking about, and it would be awful if this is some fake plee to sabotage a good business in the midst of this economy.

I am an employee of Maid to Serve and I work in the Customer Relations Dept. We have not had a client named Kevin nor have any claims on us and never had. If their is a claim they are insured and bonded plus it would show up in public records. The only person we know that would be childish to do this is an ex-employee or Charles Williams that owns Telstar Investigations. Which he assumes that we slandered his name but it's all his karma coming back to him. This rip off report will not phase us becuase we have God on our side and you can atleast be more realistic when you do something like this next time.
