I opened an account with mail.com several weeks ago.   I entered the wrong password into this new account and was immediately blocked.   I contacted customer support via an online help request form.   Several days went by--nothing.  I email again.   I got an email to use their online form again.   I submitted it again.   Days later--still nothing.  I finally emailed them at their press contact email address.   Still nothing.   I then did some internet searches about this company, and found out that they routinely ignore help requests for password resets.   I finally got an email saying that they considered the matter "resolved."   I most likely have important business emails going to that account that are now forever lost.   I just could not believe that even a free email provider would ignore its customers like this.   I found out that people who paid for their premium email service were not having any better luck.   This company's techs are in India and they just absolutely could not care less.   Any decent email service uses security questions and will send an email to a contact email address for password reset--but not this outfit!   Mail.com has to be the absolute worst email service on the planet.   Their techs and media personnel must be laughing and rolling around on the floor while they ignore plaintive emails for help.   I hope that nobody ever patronizes them again and has to wonder about lost emails.   This outfit absolutely has no shame--or any concept of customer support whatsoever.
