Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Two months into our "service" with this inept drivel of an internet presence, our account was inexplicably inaccessible. Re-checking our account name and password several times, we finally had to send an e-mail to their "customer service" department to get an answer to the problem.

Several e-mails later, we finally got a response ever-so-slightly more personal than "thanks for letting us know, here's your ticket number". We got a grand "your account has been terminated due to violation of the mass mail/user agreement" That was it. No explanation of how we had done this.

After yet another e-mail demanding an explanation and restoration of our service (we'd read the agreement and hadn't violated anything) we finally got someone telling us that one client we had been corresponding with for a couple of weeks marked a follow-up e-mail as spam.

That's it. Nothing more than that, and our account was terminated and a number of critical e-mails completely gone. After another e-mail detailing that not only had we already been in constant contact with that particular client but that there was no request contained in any of it for us to cease contact, I received a tidy little "we are sorry, but terminated accounts cannot be reactivated."

Naturally, there was no human on the other end, simply the "[email protected]" So we are out several critical e-mails thanks to the incompetence of some teenage twit of a "representative" and no way to get those back.

Certainly I have legal representation and would not hesitate to use it except for one thing: I don't give a d**n about money. I give a d**n about getting critical information back, but one legal, upstanding attempt to retrieve my information and they'd "accidentally" delete those e-mails faster than that teenage twerp could pop his pimples.

My advice? Stay away from mail.com and the company that "handles" it, outblaze.com
