Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

First, I am so glad I did my research online before I checked the BUY NOW button.

As a displaced corporate employee that has been out of work / severely underemployed for the past 4 months, I was starting to get desperate.  My phone wasn't ringing and just the right internet search pulled this company's website up.

At first, I was intrigued, but I admit to being a little bothered by the fact that there was so much "fluff" on their websie.  As a marketing major and desktop publishing guru, I commend the graphic artists for their work on the articles.  Yes, they look nice, but they don't say much.

I have been in sales for years, so I can usually smell a rat when he comes around.  This company was NO different.  I got through the first phone converation, and was almost sold on the idea (a marketing website?  That's GENIUS), but the second call and the Terms of Service turned me off completely.

Sales School 101:  If someone tells you they are sold, and asks "Where do I sign?".  SHUT UP and close the sale.  The guy on the phone would not STFU!!!!  Seriously, between the 5 million color pages of fluff reiterating the same point (we get it... integrated resume style...custom letters...marketing website...traditional methods don't work....) and the guy repeating EVERYTHING he said the day before (and the marketing fluff in the emails) I had a headache by the end of the call.  I even cut him off a couple of times and said "Let's cut to the chase," and he still kept going over features and benefits.

That raised a red flag with me.  Needless to say, when it came time for me to click on the BUY NOW button, my gut told me know.  Then upon reviewing the Terms of Service, I noticed that you can only get your money back at the review of the materials stage of the process.  I know my guy kept spitting out that there was a money back guarantee, but it does NOT say that in the Terms.  They even have a loophole paragraph stating that they can't guarantee anything.  I know this is the case, but the fine print made me nervous.

Sooo... when I asked questions about this, the guy starts trying to flatter me and sell me again on the features/benefits of the company.  He even stuttered a few times... NO DEAL.

I KNOW the job market is horrible still, especially if you want to make decent money, but DON'T GET TAKEN IN BY THIS COMPANY!!!!  Save your money!  You can create your own marketing site for Free or find a starving graphic artist on Craiglist to help you.  Professional Resume writers don't charge thousands of dollars for a good resume, and as much as I personally HATE to do it, good old networking is key.  Get out and talk to folks and let them know you're looking.  Leave your resume with EVERYONE!!!

I saved myself about $3K thanks to reading the reviews here.  Stay the course but don't waste your time or money,
