Majestic Aquatics Champaign service. Beer price. Snake oil peddler. bad customer service!! ripoff Medford, Marlton New Jersey
i found their ad in the yellow pages. the owner himself came out and gave me a song and dance. he promised me the world and delivered nothing.
every time i talked to him the price went up. he told my wife on the "free estimate" visit that we would pay $80 per month for them to clean our fish tank. then when i talked to him on the phone the price jumped to $105. when we got our firs invoice it was $105 plus $60 of extra stuff we never talked about. filter foam, carbon, clearing agent. he was even charging $20 per month to keep my flake food container full! i don't use an entire container in 30 days so why should i pay $20 to have it topped off.
one time i had to find out when he was sending someone to service the tank. i had to call and leave a message with his "answering service" 8 times in 10 days before he got back to me.
needless to say this was a very short lived arrangement. i have since found another company and am very pleased with their attention and courtesy. beware of this snake oil peddler. he will rob you blind if you aren't careful.

Majestic Aquatics has a longevity that dates back to the early 1990's. I've purchased fish tanks and had aquatic services from this well educated owner. My experiences with this company have been only positive. I'm impressed by how quickly they've grown and the amount of commercial work being done by a staff of well trained and honest professionals. And...I pay my bills!!! Since I'm a professional business person myself, I appreciate the honesty and will recommend and have recommended the services of Majestic Aquatics over the years. It's refreshing to see an energitic and knowledgable owner grow a business that is much needed in the industry. Jeff has his ducks in a row and can provide proof of insurance as well as guarantee his work and livestock. I've learned that there are copy-cat businesses that will eventually fade due to lack of professionalism and insurances to protect the consumer. You go Jeff!!! The honest consumers need Majestic Aquatics!!! Joanne F.
