I, too, got hussled from this company and took the advice on this site. I called my bank. Per the guidelines of NACHA, the company must have your signed authorization to deduct funds from your account. If they don't it is a fraudulant deduction. File a claim and dispute the charges with your bank. I bank with BofA. They were awesome about and refunded me within 7 days. You have to sign paperwork but as soon as I faxed it back to them they refunded me same day. Don't let the bank hassle you either. they know what the guidelines are. You must notify your bank within 60 days of withdrawal to dispute the charges. DOn't wait another day. Tell your bank that you DID NOT authorize the charges from your account. They will work faster if they think you didn't give them your info.
