My Daughter received a call for a credit card (Master Card) There was to be a 300.00 charge. My daughter tried to cancel the order, bur they would not let her. She disputed charges with bank and is still disputing charges.
Company offered credit card and then did not send anything. Found out that it was not for credit card but for service. then you had to buy cash card and then deposit money to use it.
Company will not take customer service calls. They say they are customer service, but when they find out it is a problem they hang up on you. They can tell where you are calling from when you call back and they just keep hangin up on you.
They will not give you thier name or ID#. They will not let you talk to a supervisor.
Guy on other end working for Majestic Said "I can't help it if people are stupid enough to do this.
My daughter is not stupid. She is 19 and wanted to start establishing credit. She did not expect to be ripped off.
This Company is going to be gone with everybodys money before you can investigate them.
we want our 300.00 back. and we are tires of getting the business from Majestic. Instead on what we should have, which is customer service.
With this kind of service they cannot be trusted to any more of our money.
