I ordered their NEXT 5 YEARS of magicjack service for $59.95 - normally $99.95 Black Friday Holiday Special.

Magic Jack only credited account with 4 years of service! Refused to honor the 5 years as advertised.

After a long conversation with magicjack service they insist only 4 years are the NEXT 5 YEARS. If I were to purchase 4 years at $19.99 it would cost $79.96.

If I purchased 5 years 1 year at a time it would cost me $99.95 like the advertisement said. The Super Black Friday price of $59.95 would give me the $40.00 savings that they advertised.

Magic Jack advertised a $40.00 savings on the NEXT 5 years and only gave me next 4 years of service.

Magic Jack CHEATED ME OUT OF 1 year of service or $19.99 this is FRAUD !

If only 1000 people took the same Black Friday Deal they will have cheated people out of $19,990.00

Just do the math...... they do not save you $40.00 they cheat you out of $19.99

Figures don't lie but liars do figure. This is no more than a con game and FRAUD!

Now that MagicJack is world wide I hope a class action will be filed on our behalf.

I found the info I needed -- http://www.ymaxcorp.com/ - where I found the CEO's name - then got this contact info - Ymax Corporation d/b/a magicJack LP 5700 Georgia Ave PO Box 6785 West Palm Beach FL 33405 Phone: 561-833-1335 and then... I proceeded to file complaints with the following: Pennsylvania Attorney General - Consumer Complaints (I live in PA) http://www.attorneygeneral.gov/consumers.aspx?id=451 Better Business Bureau of West Palm Beach FL http://www.seflorida.bbb.org/Home.aspx Internet Crime Complaint Center https://complaint.ic3.gov/ctf.aspx ---- I am not waiting for any class action lawsuit -- I am doing what I have to do on my own to get what THEY ADVERTISED and what I paid for! I even wrote to my local News Channel about this and I might even write to Dateline NBC - they dearly love doing stories on rip-off artists that are fleecing consumers!

I just filed same type of report on this outfit, but it is spelled MagicJack - not MajicJack. Here is the reply I got from them in email: REFERENCE NUMBER: LTK419033591251X Please use this ticket number in any correspondence with us. SUBJECT: Fw: magicJack Platinum Activation Code Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting us. Please be informed that the platinum plan is an additional 4 years w/c entitles you to have a total of five years service. Therefore, you all have 5 years of service with us. All you need to do is to activate the activation code every year. Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions. Sincerely, magicJack Support This is CONSUMER FRAUD as I already have ONE YEAR and was adding 5 more years but they only gave me 4 extra, not 5. I would LOVE to report them to the Better Business Bureau - but how - I have no address for them!
