MajicJack Failure to deliver product! Tallassie Florida
On 02-03-08, I purchase a MagicJack on line, which never arrived. After 30 days the company charged my CC. I went to thier on line live chat and stated the unit never arrived. Little did I know this would be the first of 8 live chat sessions!
They claimed it was shipped! I ask for a confirm.# which they could not give me. I was directed to a online super, he siad he would ship another unit! I waited over 3 weeks no unit arrived! Back to live chat again, again the same super came on line and said that the unit was re-shippedm he could not give a confirm #.
He stated that the issue was with the USPS, I than ask for more info, as to what the address and who to contact for the USPS Inspection Ser. This super said hey where located in Fla, than terminated the session.
I reported this so-call lost shipment to USPS Insp. Ser. they had the manager of my local PO ck out the problem, there was no shipment of this type ever made.
Well I than sent complaints to Ma, AG. office,the FTC,BBB of Tallassie Fla....The sent me a e-mail that co. did not respond and that MJ had over 200 complaints and was rated a "F"......This MJ is a rip-off ! I am still waiting for my refund as of 03-03-08 to date!
