Major jay cose from the osceola county sheriffs office is a corrupt major who use's taxpayers money for his personal gang activities ,He sends his deputies to other counties to violate civil and constitutional rights and rob people at gunpoint in the middle of the interstate he steals electronics and money and also fabricates bogus police reports in order to arrest people who piss him off. Quote on quote "You pissed off the wrong people" That's what i was told in another county by one of his gang members who were in clear violation of juristiction laws .He allows his deputies to go home early after being paid for a full day of work by taxpayers once their done carrying out his police corruption activities.He deputiescall him as soon as they excute and they all laugh and make jokes His department has a say "
Come on probation leave on vacation" I would think twice before i take a vacation with my family to osceola county home of most disney parks in florida .Filing a complaint with his internal affairs department is a joke he runs the show there.The fdle is a waste of time there always busy since florida is the number one state for police corruption.The fbi in tampa and orlando is also a waste of time the people who answer the phones there have a problem doing there jobs you might have a chance with the civil rights division at the department of justice .There's alot of people in jail because of this guy who were forced to plea bargain because of lack of resources or education and money.This guy put's you in jail and then he textes you the next day to make fun of you .He is so dumb that he actully thinks he can get away with stuff like that.He also reopens case's with no new evidence , He also abuses the trust of the judges by having his officers lie inorder to get a warrant sign so then he get you arrested and text you the next day from his phone ..And by the way everything being written here could be proven in a matter of seconds.
