Maker Shop by StarTech No quality control and uncooperative Lake City Florida
They did a bad DVD dupe on an old VCR tape. The video was blurry and the audio was out of sync. I did my own dupe at another place and the product was fine. The business did not check their work and did not refund my money. Bad attitude.
