Malibu Trust Company ripoff Santa Rosa California
we were contacted by malibue trust company that the had approved us for a $15,000 loan. we proceded to send them all the information they need such as a blank voided check pay check stub and a picture of my drivers license not to mention our social security numbers. they contacted me back and asked if i had a co-signer and to send how long they lived here and there social security number. after doing this i called them back to find out what was going on and they said the co-singer was denied and the only other way we could finish the loan out was to send them $1358.75 for the basic unemployment insurence.
when we sent the money grame we also had to pay another $85.10 to send it. wene i got this all done i contacted the company and they said they would get the information over to the bank so they could process the loan. we waited and waited and could not figure out why they would not contact us back well i did get a hold of them and they said they were having trouble doing our money transfer by direct deposit then i said could you send me the check by mail and they said yes but you need to sign for it and i said fine no problem. to this day i have not been able to get a hold of any body or they will not return our phone calls either. the money we sent to them trusting them in good faith was our savings account money for our taxes and christmas. now we don't get that money back or even our loan we applied for. the lady i worked with was named rebecca miller.

I have been reading many stories like yours regarding this company and I'm just so upset that this company has been so successful frauding individuals nationwide, this company needs to be held accountable for their shaddy work practice! I suggest contacting the local police department and speaking with the fraud unit @ (707) 543-3575 and hopefully they can put an end to these criminals. You can also try calling the Sonoma County District Attorney's office and see if they could help you fight @ (707) 565-2311. Finally, you can also do a search on the web for Michael Finney @ 7 on your side & try to get the bay area news tv station to help you, he is very successful in exposing crooks! Hope this helps!

THIS IS CAROL IN WISCONSIN, I FEEL THE SAME WAY YOU DO I WAS ALSO A VICITM WHO LOST 1538.10 BY THE SAME CO AND IF YOU HAVE ANY INFOE ON HOW TO GET OUR MONEY BACK PLEASE RESPONE. IA CONTATCTED THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE IN IOWA AND THEY ONLY HAVE FUNDING FOR VICITMS OF BATTERED, BUT THIS HAS PUT ME IN A BAD SITUATION AND I NEED SOME HELP TRYING TO GET OUT I TRUSTED THE WRONG PEOPLE ONLY THAT MADE IT SEEMS SO REAL.

WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY THING FROM THE MALIBU TRUST COMPANY. OUR MONEY GRAM WAS SENT TO A COURIER NAMED MICHELLE LAWSON IN WEST BEND INDIANA. WHEN YOU CALL THEY WILL ALSO ASK YOU YOUR NAME AND TO PRESS THE POUND KEY THEN YOU WILL HERE MUSIC IF YOU CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER THEY WILL SAY DO TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF CALLS WE ARE EXPERIENCING LEAVE YOUR NAME NUMBER AND A DESCRIPTIVE MESSAGE AND ONE OF OUR REPRESENTATIVES WILL CALL YOU BACK. WE LOST A TOTAL OF$1443.76 TO THIS COMAPNY AND WE WANT THAT MONEY BACK. WE SHOULD ALSO GET SOME KIND OF COMPANSATION FOR WHAT THEY DID TO US AND HOW THEY RUINED WHAT WE WERE GOING TO USE THE MONEY FOR. I THINK WE SHOULD GET WHAT EVER THEY CAN GET OUT OF THIS COMPANY, BUT RIGHT NOW WE NEED THAT $1443.76 BACK. LETS WORK TO STOP THIS COMPANY BEFORE THIS HAPPENS TO SOMEONE ELSE
