I purchased malwarealarm,the anti spy ware pro kit for 80.00. with a 30 days money back guarantee. I used the pruduct for one week, and good happen in my laptop. I emailed the company and return the software. I requested for the refund of my money because it's still covered by 30 days money back guarantee. They respond to my email asking for info on the purchase and ask me to wait for 10 business days for the refund to return. I waited and keep making a follow up every week, but i never had my refund. I have waited for 2 and a half months now but i still don't see a single penny of my refund.
