This company is the worst. If you are looking to hire a management company for your HOA or Condo, stay away from this one! They are slow moving and do not respond to residents' request for documents or association information. Residents have to seek legal action in some cases to get a response. Their office doesnt use email or fax! In today's world, they are working in the previous 50 years age of technology. Their only access is via phone!! Their office only is available by appointment only too! They do a bad job of working for the Associations that unknowingly engage their services. STAY AWAY and hire a real professional agency that appreciates your business and will serve the residents and act professional. This isnt the one. Thomas Decker is just a CAM because he couldnt make it selling real estate with his lack of professionalism and ability.
