This is a follow up from Richard's Rebuttal. I just became aware of this situation.
I reassure you that if weve seen it sooner, I wouldve responded right away.
Mr. Luis C., my name is Beto Manrique, I am the Administrator for Manrique Custom Vision. Here at Manrique Custom Vision we havent had an issue with refunding people, neither is customary as most of our patients stay with us for their refractive procedures.

Luis, First and foremost we apologize that you did this. Our staff is the most caring staff that there is. If you had any issues the administration would have gladly handled them.
When you choose to do Lasik at our facility you are are given the option to fiance or pay cash. You chose to finance. You gave your social freely and signed the contract. You also signed our disclosure which I can not put on the web.
Accordiding to our financial sheet all you have to do is call our facility and Dr. Manrique administration will gladly help you.
You never spoke to anyone in Administration or we would not have this report.
Dr. Manrique is the fairest man you will ever meet. He is a leader in Lasik. I myself am astounded anyone would write this.
It is a shame that you took it upon yourself, without consideration, to post this. We both know you are wrong.
