El 21 de diciembre de 2013 medainte comunicación por correo electrónicos con la firma de Jorge López, acordé el precio y envío de un repuesto para mi camioneta Hyundai. El cargo se realizó con mi autorización a mi tarjeta de crédito, por $565.258 ( aprox. US$294). El cargo fue acreditado a Intenational Medica, confirmado pr el Señor López informando que tuvieron problemas con la cuenta de ellos y que esa otra compañ+ía es del mismo dueño de una empresa que también funciona en el mismo local.
El repuesto nunca llegó, y los teléfonos registrados en su página web no son contestados o figuran como no instaldos. El señor López, que el dia 21 y 22 respondía mis correos inmediatamente, no volvió a responderlos. Tampoco por el link de contáctenos de la página web de esa compañia, que fue mi medio inicial de contacto, me han respondido a mi reclamo por no haber recibido el repuesto, ni la solicitud para que me reintegren la plata.
The December 21, 2013 medainte communication by electronic mail with the signing of Joe Smith, remembered the price of a delivery truck parts for my Hyundai. The charge was made with my authorization to my credit card, for $ 565,258 (approx. U.S. $ 294). The charge was credited to Intenational Medica, Lopez confirmed pr informing the Lord that had problems with their account and that other Compañ + ed is the same owner of a company that also operates in the same premises.
The parts never arrived, and the handsets registered to your website are not answered or listed as mounting procedures. Mr. Lopez, the 21 day and 22 answered my emails immediately, not again respond. Neither of us for the link to the website of that company, which was my initial means of contact, I have responded to my complaint about not receiving the parts, or the solicitation to reintegrate me silver.
