Marcella DeVincent Marcella Hilton-DeVincent Scam artist using her baby, This chick thinks she's on teen mom, this mother is starving her baby, I'm looking for a new love to take care of my baby, I get away with bullcrap because I'm a single mom Oak Park, Illinois
I was so super happy to find a report here on this woman. She went to daycare with my daughter and a friends daughter and one of the teachers was talking about her, saying her child seemed malnourished and afraid; she thought the girl, Hailey, was being abused. Every month, she would have a new man bringing the little girl to the daycare.
Then, I found out a number of other things about Marcella DeVincent and the scams she was pulling around Oak Park:
She often calls herself Marcella Hilton-DeVincent
She says she is Paris Hilton's cousin to younger people
She likes to start altercations with African-Americans then call the police on them
She threatens to kill people via e-mail
She stabbed two separate men
My friend who lived in her building said he saw a Triton Police officer come over to her house for sex and that he heard that she used this Triton Police officer to get other police departments in the Western Suburbs to attack people on her behalf who might be 'out to get her'
She was trying to get housing from various housing agencies, including PADS, and when the program would not deem her as fit, she would file reports against the social worker who served her, making them lose their job
She allegedly has organized crime connections
She is a stripper and would leave the baby with just about anyone in Oak Park and then take off into the wild blue yonder of a coked up weekend
When she would leave an apartment, it would be filthy, like Hoarders on A&E
The father of her 'baby-daddy' is a powerful Cook County judge who is friends with President Obama and allegedly, she uses this against people as well
This woman ALSO tried to pull an adoption scam -- as described by the other woman -- with my brother-in-law and his wife.
She seems to be an example of how screwed up the system is in Illinois.
