Took our boat and kept it for repair of block for THREE MONTHS - Lots of bullying. Got our boat back after they bragged about what a great time THEY had on it. Boat is unusable('02 $50,000 boat) because parts are missing, caburetor and ignition module incompatible with upgrade of engine, missing bolts, wires not connected, chips and scratches everywhere. Don't use this company!!! Will take over $1500 to fix after paying THEM $5800

The boat was fixed and tested for 3hours before retuning it.we have three witnesses,of how well the boat ran. It did take awhile for them to get itback nofault of our own.we buy engines here we do not build them ourself we had to wait on the engine builders They were backed logged due to the bad freeze that broke alot of engines this year. kimberlys husband even appolized for his wifes behavior to me. She was down right rude and very unreasonable. Never have they provided any proof that another mechanic found anything wrong with their boat. Also another boat shop told us they had problems with this lady too. As far as slander goes we will have a lawsuit brought against them for this report that is not true.

I just wanted the boat fixed. And I asked Marine Tech to fix it. That is as simple as ABC. The boat was returned to us with defected engine after we have waited for 3 weeks for the repair. Most of customers will get mad....Right? Then we had to ask Marine Tech to fix it again. That was March 5. How long did we wait after that? The boat was returned to us on April 20...46days.....Did we call them three , four times a day? No. We called them only 10 times for that 46days. I have the details on record. The point is the boat was returned with perfect conditions? The answer is NO!! We hired a mechanic to inspect the boat after we received it from Marine Tech. This was our lawyer's idea. We found that there were 12 mechanical issues to be fixed. Three of them are life-threatening. These will be revealed in court. (Missing bolt, disconnecting wires, incomatible part etc.) They did those intentionally?? How can Marine Tech do such a malicious thing to an innocent customer? I also take Karen's statement about my wife as slander(criminal charge)....Justice will be done in court.

Kimberly Hosoi brought her boat to us due to neglagence in winterizing their boat. We installed an engine we received from our engine builder. It was a bad engine we contacted the engine builder and they supplied another engine that was also bad. At that point we quit using that engine builder and got them another engine from another source.during this time kimberly was a jerk she wanted her boat now and would call 3 or4 times a day we could only go so fast. thats why it took so long for them to get their boat. we never bragged about having a good time in their boat we told her we river tested the boat after putting the last engine in the boat for a few hours to make sure the boat ran fine. It ran and performed fine. she is full of it. the boat is fine. we put no scratches in her boat they were there when we got the boat. When she turned us in to the BBB we wrote back to them telling our side and asked for proff fom the other machanic she said she hired to look over the boat she never replied back to them. This lady was crazy she belongs in a menal hospital.
