Found a 1977 Pontiac bandit Trans Am on eBay, the seller Bosscamaro, had over 5000 stars so I assumed they were righteous people. Got in touch with Mario Contorino on eBay and started talking on the phone from there, to buy this car outside of eBay for less than what he had it listed for. I paid him $4500 (car and extra 400 motor and shipping from New York to Missouri) in advance through PayPal and was supposed to have had it delivered on a Monday. After no car came on Monday, then I got in touch with him for the drivers number so I could find out when my car would arrive, he gave me a wrong number, then supposedly got the right number from the trucking agency, and they could not get in touch with the driver because he committed suicide in the cab of the truck at a truck stop, and had to get another driver to pick up the load. Two days later no one still knows anything about where this load is or a phone number for a driver and wouldn't tell me the name of the trucking agency, and just lies and excuses on top of more lies and excuses! I even told him it was going to be a project for me and my son to give him on 16th Bday! He didn't care to lie, cheat, steal, and scam me out of my hard earned money and my sons dreams! After I had enough of his lies, then I looked him up on the Internet and found this webpage along with many others where they have been scammed by these people. It is no joke, they are worthless individuals. And I hope they go to jail for their habitual and repeated criminal actions.

This is the author of this whole and complete post, and my final update of the whole situation is this: When I posted my rectified completely add, it was only to do so to please Mario, so that he would even deal with me. At that time he was in such a rage that he did nothing but cuss and threatened that I would never get my money for the car back if I did not take this posting off of the Internet. I told him the best I could do was rectified it in a post and make him happy that way. I still did not get my car by January 1, 2017. He played games and acted like he went to Italy for the whole month. I had enough and I had already placed a police report against him in Chester and Better Business Bureau and ripoff report and talked to three different lawyers in his town of Chester New York. I was also advised to contact the New York state district Attorney. He continued to commit the crime's of theft (by not returning my money or relinquishing my property I had bought from him) and extortion (telling me I couldn't have either one back if I didn't do what he said and what he wanted), hence my "rebuttal" post! I did FINALLY get the car but it was a complete piece of crap and the picture makes it look 100 times better.
The whole subframe is rotten and the car undriveable. Inside was just as bad. Now the 16th birthday project car, turned into a junk/parts car to try and make sum money back! Also, There was NO extra motor after all! I am sorry for anyone who gets ripped off by these people. The only way that you will get your money back is to spend 3-$5000 on lawyers and court to take him to small claims court in his hometown. Which is exactly what I was willing to do, and had it all lined up. Otherwise, I am sure that I would be like most people and not get any money back at all. Your bank will not get it back for you and PayPal will not get it back for you and eBay will not get it back for you. And he knows this and that's why he continues to do these things.

My name is Stephen and I am the original author of this report against Mario Contorino. Since this report was first filed (11/2016), I have spoken extensively with Mr. Contorino thru phone calls and messages, and as of (12-25-2016) , this situation has been COMPLETELY RECTIFIED to my satisfaction. Mario returned my transport fee for this vehicle and extra motor, and I am going to have my car picked up off his lot by 1-1-2017. I apologize for "jumping the gun" in this matter. Apparently, Mario ended up being a truthful and honest businessman, and I have apologized to him personally as well. I would take this initial report against him off this website now, but their rules don't allow for that. So the best I can do is write this public amendment for clarity. Stephen St.Louis, MO
