In my opinion Marion County Jail in Salem,Oregon has a deeply flawed jail system , That is not in accordance with the Law... Inmates may have legitimate claims for constitutional violations inmates may have been abused, tormented,left to sleep compleetly naked on cement floors with unsanitary conditions and not receiving adequate medical . Staff at the Jail may be using a "code of silence" hideing the wrong doing of co-workers and the actions used against Inmates. It shouldn't be easy for us to over look this , cover it up, or sweep it under the rug .We all can play a roll in protecting the Rights of ALL citizens , especially those whom are most vulnerable that cant protect themselfs. I sure that overseers of jail staff want to believe that the staff at Marion County Jail are trained appropriately ,committed ,and come to work to help run a safe and constitutional facility. I wish this was always the case but it just is not. until someone faces the fact that this is real and Staff could be abusing the power the were intrusted with , this will not stop. Staff members and inmates that are telling someone what is going on are not taken serious because of the history or "Track record" of the person , but by telling someone what is going on they have nothing to gain for themselfs only the hope of helping someone else down the road before it happens again do to retaliation. so please ! please! Do something, Someone . ... Camaras should be in all areas ! Truth detector tests should be taken by Inmates and Staff, it will clear a false claim and save a lot of pain and suffering .

Your original report says that you called about 10 references before you stopped calling. Your later update says you called 50. It almost seems like if you really did have 17 retail stores, you would know not to blindly fly somewhere that did not have reliable references. Honestly, a $1400 ticket seems like a drop in the bucket compared to the $500 million your husband is supposedly worth. Are you some vindictive person who tried to buy a franchise, but was turned down or something. Your net worth means nothing when it comes to the legitimacy of your claim.

Marion County Jail is notorious for this kind of behavior. What else could one expect from a den of criminals who's pay checks depend on them not knowing any reality of truth or justice. Right now they are working on lobotomizing or even killing one inmate named Richard Koenig. His crime is that he knows too much and has the evidence to put away several top state officials if there is anything left of any real truth or justice.
We witnessed Richard yesterday during their dog and pony show of power and money and Richard was so drugged out that one of their court drones had to help keep him from falling on his face and this is no exaggeration. He couldn't even talk and yet the AHO, (administrative hearing officer, judge) just continued on as business as usual. These sub-human life forms dressed in black robes, suits and ties hiding behind respectability under the color of law are very EVIL, and totally disconnected to any reality of truth or justice let alone dealing with human lives. It is very scary because these wicked and twisted power mongers have their thugs with guns to mindlessly follow their orders like good little drones. Hitler would be proud of them.
Richard has a story you wouldn't believe and that is why they do not want this man alive. God help us all. We have some very sick and twisted individuals in positions of power that are over the top and out of control.
