The a/c company that installed my brand new unit 6 months before no longer had a service provider in my area, so I called Mario's A/C against my better judgement. I say that because when they gave me an estimate on installing a new a/c, they were $6800. higher that the other 4 estimates I recieved, including the company that put a Trane unit in with all the extras I wanted. My heat would not turn on, it turned out to be a simple wire to the therostat and the technician showed me how to get the washable filter out and clean it, as I had trouble pulling the drawer out. This should have been a free call under wannanty, but he said he had to charge me for maintenance because he cleaned the filter and service call???? I gave him my CC for the absurd fees, but when I checked my credit card records, they charged my over$1400.!!!! These people should not be allowed to do business, they seek to steal your money right from the start...unbelievable!

Not sure who this person is writing this but the statement EX Employee or a Competitor but this statement is totally false. We use a software that requires the customer to enter their Credit Card information and sign it. We also leave a paper copy of the bill with every customer. If this truly is a customer then i would strongly reccomend you give us a call 727-843-9598 so we can look into this further and resolve this matter.
