Mark Bradshaw had nearly a quarter of a million dollars in fees disgorged from Judge Albert in Federal Court Oct 22, 2014.
Federal Judge finds The Chap 11 BK worked was found to have no value to the reorganization of the estate. Mark Bradshaw personally commited several inconsistent stories to the Judge to cover up the pooor work. In a concensus of recomendation to Judge Albert NO fees should be allowed, the testimony of debitor who confirmed SBH and Mark Bradshaw were in potential violation of the automatic stay, and ethics of the firm came into question, Judge Albert required the testimony of Managing Partner Len Shulman to refute sworn testimony of debitor. The court found the work of Mark Bradshaw a disgrace and called for testimony of Len Shulman. Mark Bradshaw declined to take the stand in defense of his partner.
