I have had a phone with Virgin Mobile for years. Phones were OK and fit my needs.



 Well last week my phone died. Instead of buying another phone I decided to just cancel my account.



Problem is the same day I canceled my account Virgin Mobile charged my credit card for another month of service.



Now they say they can not refund my money because my account is closed. I have talked to multiple people, infact I will post their latest email response below.

We checked your account and the payment was processed before you called to cancel the account completely. And unfortunately we cannot process any refund once and account gets disconnected.

I guess what they are saying if I would have Not closed my account, I would still have service. But since they already got my money they do not need to provide me service or a refund. *** Nice Scam***
