Mark Floyd Plumbing BEWARE/SCAM ALERT Clarksville , Tennessee
Mark Floyd is a con man, this has been proven by several of my own experiences with him and then further strengthened while googling his name and seeing other complaints. In my experience he did not finish the job on an new const rough in and would not return calls. He had half of the total amount already. The money was never refunded and he never came back.
After closing on the house, the buyers called me stating that their sewer was backed up. I hired a plumber to correct the problem. What they found was shocking. Mark never hooked up the sewer line coming from the house to the main line at the road. He left it capped off and covered the ditch with dirt. So, all the sewer was simply backing up into the pipe with nowhere to go. This cost an additional $500.
My first experience was when I had to argue with him and call him non stop for 2 months in order to get him to finish up my water heater. Oh, and in regards to his character...I understand that he was evicted from his apartment for non payment for over 6 months. Not only did he not show up at court but the Montgomery County sheriff had to remove he and his wife from the property. Real stand up guy. Google his business and see what you find. I am filing a complaint with the TN licensing board to get his license revoked. Please do the same if you have had a similar experience.
