Will be short and to the point, Mark Four Does not care for customer nor their employees. I know for sure as I worked there once. When a problem happens, it is so easy to turn the other cheek and let someone else deal with it and Mark Four (Fairfield office) are really good at doing so. How about trying to pick up the phone at the office and MAYBE returning a phone call now and then to these poor customers you have already gotten there money and not completed jobs. NOT a good way to run a bussiness. I could name some names but those who read this from that office WILL know who they are.

It seems Marc has attempted to call you and been unsuccessful in trying to reach you. Why don't YOU call him or provide a direct number for HIM to call YOU? I noticed you did not in your response.

You know I left there 6 months ago and I have tried calling alot and seems like NO ONE will pick up the phone. Are you still in bussiness or did the sorry customer service that you company provides finally put you out of bussiness.

We pride ourselves on outstanding customer service and satisfaction and unfortunately in this instance it appears that this former - and apparently disgruntled employee - feels otherwise. For that we apologize. We have been in business for over 42 years and take exception to this former employees comments.
