Market Master Systems Fraud, Did not honer contract! , Internet
The company sold me on their market system ES Trader. They showed a very good three year prospective and promised a refund of the system if it did not show a profit over a six month period.
I paid them $4,995 for ES Trader system, and invested $5,000. Over the six month time I lost $2,700!! In June 2010 I requested my refund. They ageed that they would refund my money, but it would take longer than stated in contract.
It has now been seven months and I have received four checks of $500. each. They still owe me $2,,995, but have stopped returning my calls and their phone # no longer works!

If I remember correctly from my business mgr with IMM this company has tens of thousands of agents and so far I have only seen ONE complaint. That's not bad at all for a company that has been around for over 2 decades (I've done my research I'm a very big "research guy") in my opinion of coarse. I myself used to be an employee working for First National Bank as a business banker and would always recommend IMM to any business owner I spoke with their merchant processing rates are literally unbeatable (trust me I've looked into several hundred providers during my training at First National). But I actually got myself licensed as an agent with IMM over 3 years ago and I wish I would have done it sooner. I didn't make any money as an agent for the first month which I was a little disappointed about however, during my second month with the help of my BDM(I'm pretty sure his title is business development manager but don't quote me on that). Anyways, during my second month as a referring agent with IMM I made a few hundred bucks which is not "amazing" money but then again it was my choice to start off with a super small "lead campaign." My BDM his name is Eric encouraged me to go a little bigger to take advantage of the scholarship program (I was approved for a $10,000 scholarship) because as he told me visa and MC only let you have a scholarship for the first set of leads but I didn't have enough money. Bottom line is any complaint you manage to find about this company (i only saw one and come to think of it I have never heard or seen anything about ES trader which is mentioned in the complaint I saw so this might be about a completely different company all together. the company IMM that I'm working with is a merchant processing company) is probably because the agent didn't do what they were supposed to. cureently I am still working with this company and I probably will continue to work with them until I decide to retire. My lead campaigns(I do one every quarter) are now usually around 15k each time and they ALWAYS ALWAYS make me something. Some months are better than others of coarse but if I had to do this all over again the ONLY thing I would change is my very first investment into a lead campaign Because I would have borrowed money from somewhere so I could've taken FULL advantage of my scholarship I was approved for. Now all my campaigns I buy are on my own with just the help of my BDM but regardless I still get excited for every one even almost 4 years later. This company is amazing in the sense of making money and having my money work for me but what makes it even better is the people that work there. Not only is everyone extremely kind but they are ALL very very knowledgable. To finalize, yes it is very hard to make money with merchant services if you plan on going out there on the field and try to bring in business but if you are lucky enough to receive one of their scholarships and put some money into a lead campaign I feel comfortable saying I guarantee you will continue to work with them for years and years!
