MARKET TRENDS IS THE ULTIMATE WHEN IT COMES TO MAIL ORDER FRAUD. I CAN SAY THIS BECAUSE THEY DID NOT DELIVER WHAT I PAID FOR. AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS THEY PROMISED TO REFUND MY $320.00 BUT ONLY DELAYED ME BECAUSE I WAS GOING TO REPORT THEM.

LAMONT BRAXTON IS THE OWNER AND USES GOD AS HIS SCAPEGOAT. HE IS A FRAUD EXPERT. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE BUY FROM HIM. THE U.S.POST OFFICE HAS BEEN INFORMED. THE POLICE WILL BE INVOLVED SHORTLY. THEIR WEB PAGE IS markettrends.com

I'm not sure what planet MR. Lamont Braxton is on but he's not even a good liar. I had to send him over 200 -emails and 6 months of trying to get my refund. Who is the one being uncooperative. Where is the unconditional refund in the above statements. I have also kept every e-mail from the beginning. In a court of Law, Mr. Braxton would be paying me interest on the money he owes me. This is without a doubt. If you notice in his statements he sent me a refund for $ 160.00 us on money order #09192996448, which I received. Where is the other money order # ? Why was it not sent at the same time? Why was their seperate money orders in the first place? He promised me a FULL refund several months ago. I am working with a company to shut down his site. Please do not buy anything from Market Trends. He even admitted in my e-mails the mistakes and not delivering the shipments. Sincerely Jeff Monahan

My Response Will Be Short And With Facts. We Run A Legitimate Wholesale Gift Cataloging Distributorship. We Pay Our Distributors Based On The Sales We Receive From Their Mailings. We Have Been In Business Offline For Over 21 Years. We Have Been Online Since 1999. We Receive Thousands Of Customers Monthly. This Is The First Complaint We Received Against Our Company. While We Strive To Do Our Best In Answering And Satisfying All Of Our Distributorships/Customers, We Know It Is Impossible To Please Everyone. We Have Expressed If Any Customer Or Distributor Is Not Satisfied We Offer A Unconditional Refund. We Have Already Mailed Two Seperate Payments Of Refund To Mr. Jeffrey Monohan ($160.00 Each)M.O.# 09192996448. A Total Of $320.00. He Insisted With Many Threats, Although We Told Him He Will Be Refunded. Unfortunately, we were unable to reason with him due to his uncooperative nature. But we are writing to let everyone know, one, there is not one company in existence that doesn't have a complaint from time to time. But we assert it is all in how you deal with the customers complaint that a companys integrity should be judged. We have refunded the above complainant. This case is closed and we have kept all pertinent letters, Copy of money Orders And receipts as proof.
