Complaint Review: marketing by heidi llc/heidi mills - akron Internet

In this report it uses my company phone number (800-459-0965) along with my web site address (www.eps90online.com).  I am not apart of Marketing By Heidi at all, she was a contractor for me for 3 months but had issues.  Please remove my information ASAP.

Hello Rose, this is Linda R.  Ellen W and I say welcome and we are so glad you decided to come forward and file this report.  We have another in our group, but I do not have her permission to post her name...unlike Ellen.  So, we are three who communicate regularly with each other. 

Hopefully, you have read our submissions as well.  I also sent a report to Complain on Line regarding Marketing by Heidi, LLC.,  MMG/MBH and any other known name she has used.  I am posting the bulk of that report here.  They did not allow me to mention groups inside of CafeMom that she was either affiliated with or the owner of, so I will give it a shot on here. 

I have seen her ads on some online job posts, craigslist, and, of course, she has a website.  I especially take exception to her posting on CafeMom.  Don't take my word for it...just go into the site and punch in her member id. (mills92105)  She just posted a ton of stuff around two weeks ago...ALL WORK FROM HOME....All stating how legit she is.  I did not see a reply on the website, I guess that would not go well, but here is her reply request :

This is what I posted on complain on line in response to yet another victims post (someone besided the three I already know of, which now makes us a total of 5.  Please send your reports and data to your local sheriff's office and media as well as the Akron Sheriff's office...NOT THAT IT DID ELLEN OR I ANY GOOD BECAUSE THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING SO FAR TO OUR KNOWLEDGE.....but if they get enough complaints, they will have no choice but to act.  If I have helped some of the good women who are members of the CafeMom site, then I am happy to have done so.  But, I am one voice. IIf anyone else has been taken, DO NOT SIT QUIET.  Stand up for yourself.  I see Rose was taken advantage of and reported it in April, well, I go back to November of 2010, so, too, does Ellen Webb and our other contact.   I could have posted a photo on this report, but there is a child in the picture and I draw the line at that.  However, she has posted numerous photos on CafeMom, so feel free to take a look and see what the CEO of Marketing by Heidi LLC looks like, how she lives and just who it is that has not only duped those who work for her, but the Electronic Payment System EPS90 people, those who work for them and the other companies that she represents also.  I understand there was an insurance company involved too.  Sure, the companies got the appointments they wanted and paid for....BUT THE BUCK STOPPED THERE.  Heidi did not pay those who did the work and set the appointments.  I understand to the tune of 25.00 per appointment plus commissions on sales made.  I wonder if the IRS is aware that when she turns in her returns, (if she even does) that the expenses she shows as employee payroll is FALSE.  Lets see, I booked  72 appointments for my pay to be 5.00 per appointment booked, then I was supposed to get hourly pay too.  Not counting the hourly pay, just the set appointments she owed me 360.00 and sent 75.00 and I had to take her to task on that!!!

This is how I responded to the ad posted:

Wow, you were brief!!!!  You must have not felt the full throttle of the ripoff scams by MARKETING BY HEIDI, LLC,  Owned and operated by HEIDI and JOSEPH N. MILLS of HEIDI MILLS CEO/CFO 1896 Penthley Ave Akron, Ohio Ohio 44312 United States of America Phone: 330-410-1731 Web.  I believe that phone number is long gone, but she is not.

 Talk to me and the others who have written to RIP OFF REPORTS.  We filed and signed our names to these reports.  Pull them up and read how she advertises for you to work from home and does not pay you claiming that the reps you are writing for have NOT PAID HER.  Then, when  you contact her over and over, then suddenly she will tell you that you wrote bad leads and toss you a pittance like 75.00 when you have earned in excess of 700.00.  after working for several weeks.  She promised myself and those I spoke to that after the holidays, things would be straitened out and back pay would come as well as new earnings.  NEVER HAPPENED.  They had the "don't go away mad...just go away attitude.
 
I know HEIDI MILLS likes to portray herself as a professional business woman on sites like LinkedIn as well as an innocent, struggling,  work from home mom on one of her possibly multiple favorate hautes like CafeMOM under the member name of mills92105.  I think it is disgusting that she openly preys on legitimately struggling women and their families to further market her fraud that she gets paid for and never pays those who actually do the work for her.  I am not lying.  I know it is hard to find out that you have been duped by someone you trusted. 
I know for a fact that some who worked for her stuck it out longer than I did and the end result was that they were ripped off all that much longer.  You know, we all contacted the sheriff's office in Akron Ohio without so much as a knock on her door.  What is this world coming to?  We basically hand delivered her to them??? 
However, those of you who are interested and who have been ripped off and done nothing about it so far, just google MARKETING BY HEIDI...the first thing that comes up ar the ripoff reports.  So far, I know of three of us who have posted.  I have been contacted by another FORMER employee who should be posting on there soon as well, if she was, in fact, ripped off by them. 

I TRIED posting some of the groups on CafeMom that Ms. Heidi Mills belongs to or owns.  But could not do it on here, but if you sign in and pull up her profile...there they all are!  Yet another vehicle for her stealing the labors of others and profiting by it while she pays no one.  She had people writing for ADT, EPS90, some radiation guard (never got into it I would not market this) and I heard that she had people calling for an insurance agent, possibly one she connected right on CafeMom. 

I hope this report comes up now when googled for CafeMom, Heidi Mills, Marketing By Heidi, EPS90, ADT and any other company she has her fingers in.  I know the EPS90 Reps did in fact PAY MARKETING BY HEIDI for the services rendered.  I would have been nice if she, PAID US!!  She banks on people working for a few weeks, getting disgusted with her no pay policy and just fading away because going after people LIKE HIEDI MILLS FROM MARKETING BY HEIDI, LLC is alot of work.  It is time-consuming.  But I understand that NOW SHE HAS SPREAD HER CROOKED WINGS clear to the Phillipines!  Her choice of advertising is CraigsList but that is only one of the many.  I am sure she belongs to other groups, I have spotted her ads online in Ohio papers too.  ANYBODY else who knows of this company and thier ripoff techniques, whether you were a victim or a source of their advertising...POST HERE!!! GET THE TRUTH OUT SO THEY CAN BE STOPPED and again AKRON SHERIFF'S OFFICE....WHAT IS WITH THE BIG DELAY???? 
If ever the expressions "things are not as they seem" and "you never really know someone" were true, this would be the perfect example.

I have an ivitation of my own.  Maybe the members of CafeMom would like to get toghether and bake Heidi a cake with a file in it....but after they see how she has used their group to take advantage of others...I would think not.   Yep, Heidi, I am still on your case!!!!! 

I am hoping that the cafemom members see this posting.  It is not my intention to exploit them or their group.  The ex unpaid employees of Marketing by Heidi are trying to put a stop to her theft.  Thus far, she and her husband Joseph Mills have been able to basically flip the bird to those who worked for them in the past without being paid.  I posted responses to Heidi Mills and left off the names of the writers.  As time goes on, we will uncover others who have not only been cheated by Heidi Mills, but had their names and reputations ruined by thier innocent association with her due to their need to make an honest living in these hard financial times.   Who are we?  We are stay at home moms, handicapped/disabled individuals, abused women looking for a fresh start, returning veterans, wives of veterans, parents of kids with special needs and those hit by downsized companies the hardest who tried to find another way to make a living. 

The last I heard, she made someone else a team leader and started her exploits in the Phillipines.  One of her victims is wheelchair bound and she brought in her friends too, so they all made calls and money for Heidi but nothing was paid to them.  Now, the person who was that team leader has to hear it because the proverbial torch was passed to her and, accordig to her, she, too is disabled.  How low can people get??  They go for the jugular of those they should be finding a way to help.  If you cannot be of help, don't be someone who makes a bad situation even worse by kicking those who are already down.  

When I look in the mirror, I see someone  who could stand to drop some weight and the image has aged over time.   However, I still see someone I like after all of these years.  Someone who never went out of their way to hurt or take advantage of another.  CAN HEIDI MILLS AND JOSEPH N. MILLS SAY THE SAME??    I would say definately not, unless they just have no conscience to begin with.   

The saying is those who live by the sword, die by the sword.  They have used the internet to take advantage of unsuspecting people.  Now that WE DO SUSPECT THEM....we shall use the internet and all it has to offer to take them down.  I wonder why people who have children do these things?  First, it is a flat out bad example....the other is that when you get caught (AND YOU WILL) what becomes of them? 

Victims!  Keep these reports coming in on MARKETING BY HEIDI.  any lawyers out there who want to do a class action lawsuit on a contingency basis...look us up!
