BEWARE!!!of this crew. Ad States "All parts and workmanship guaranteed. Then we'll evacuate the system, lubricate and charge it for ice cold air". They came, they worked, they over charged ($226 for oil change & a/c recharge!.) they left. Next day no air. Next, I had to go to THEIR apartment, 2 hours and $80.00 MORE, next day NO AIR. I emailed, several times, to see if they would stand by their work as the ad says....they NEVER responded. I guess this is what small claims court is for. Bottom line $306.00 later I have an oil change and NO A/C!!!!! Thats what I call service! I also got this email Hello,

When you say crew, is there another man named Darrell working with Mark? If so Mark and Darrell stold tools from me in March '09. Please email me and let me know.

First of all when I arrived at his place, I found his A/C system to be completely empty. I told him he obviously had a leak and to find it we would have to install some freon in order to pinpoint the leak...he authorized me to continue. I found a leak in a faulty weld in the condenser in front of the radiator. I then prepared an estimate to replace the condenser. The customer then informed me that he was selling the car and that he was not going to put out the money to fix it correctly. I then suggested that we could try a stop leak additive, with the possibility that it may or may not work. He authorized me to go ahead and try it. I evacuated the system, lubricated, stop leaked and charged it. At that time the leak in the condenser was getting slower and slower, it seemed like it might work. and then I changed his oil, checked the A/C system again, it was still fully charged and cold, however it was still leaking very slowly. I showed him the slight leak and told him if it does leak out completely to contact me and we will put in more stop leak if he wants to. 4 days later he called me on the phone (by the way, that's' the only way to reach me) and told me that it's not cooling anymore, so I told him to pick up some stop leak and freon and to come over to my place and I won't charge him any money to charge his system up for him...So he came over, I put in more stop leak and charged it up again, he gave me a little tip, thanked me and he left. To be perfectly honest with you, I have no earthly idea why he is now making all these false statements about me...I did the guy a favor, and now he wants to stab me in the back...I don't get it...I guess you can't please everybody all the time. And as for the supposed e-mail from a woman named Rhonda, I don't know anybody named Darrell or Rhonda. I've been an honest master technician for 37 years now, with plenty of outstanding references from corporations as well as individuals, I always stand behind my customers and my parts and workmanship. I'm proud to say that I've been a licenced business owner here in the city of Austin for 11 years with all positive feedback from everyone...However, there is always a bad apple in every bunch...I guess I picked the short straw that day...Thanks' for reading, and may God bless...Mark...#(512)796-2456.
