MARLOW APARTMENTS ARE A RIP OFF!!! Santa Rosa California
While in search of a new apartment, I could not help but notice the headline "Marlow Apartments in Santa Rosa are a Rip Off". I could not agree more. In fact..thats where Im trying to move AWAY from.
Marlow apartments has to be the worst run apartment complex in Santa Rosa. I pay over $1000.00 a MONTH and havent seen anything postive out of it. Like the other report filed stated; when I moved in here I was told that we would have our own parking, water and garbage would be paid for, and if anything needed to be fixed it would be done so in a timely matter. What have a noticed??? NOTHING OF THE SORT. Here goes the list:
1. Parking places were given up within the first month of me living here.
2. Garbage and water was now being charged to each apartment...and the ironic thing is...THEY DONT EVEN TAKE OUT THE GARBAGE...stop by...you'll notice the dumpsters literally DUMPING over with garbage. And keep in mind I PAY FORTY DOLLARS A MONTH to keep them CLEAN....interesting! Water...now theres a good one? Who's water am I paying for? Because like the other report stated..i wouldnt even wash my clothes here...
3. Timely Fixes...RIGHT....I had a clogged sink (where i had to use a PLUNGER to unclog it every night after the dishes) for THREE MONTHS. And, like the other person stated..."I called and I called" and it wasnt until I threatened to withhold my rent check that they did ANYTHING about it.
They claim that they have "people walking the grounds everyday". I have yet to see ONE of these "people". And if I did...Im sure that they would have NOTICED the TWO cars that have been parked in the SAME PARKING SPOT for over FOUR MONTHS..
PLEASE DONT RENT FROM HERE. IM TRYING HARD TO GET OUT. IT IS A RIP OFF. GOOD LUCK WITH HUNTING!!
