Marquis Fulfillment Agency LLC MFA Door to door sales scam Buford, Georgia
On June 21, 2010 in Plainfield, IL a person by the name of Chris Barber came to our door claiming to sell magazines for a fundraiser so that he can take a trip to Europe. He seemed very sincere and knowledgeable about the magazines and products "provided". We ended up purchasing $102 worth of magazines which "Chris" stated we should start to receive the first magazines within a couple of weeks. Today is now September 27th, 2010 and have been wanting to follow up with the company to ask where are magazines are. Shame on me for not following up sooner but I checked online, found the check that was written to MFA, saw that the signature on the back of the check states:

I called the number listed on the back of the check and I select Option #3 for customer service, it rang and rang then went to voicemail. I left a message asking for a call back about my order. After leaving the message today, I checked online about "Marquis Fulfillment Agency" and was somewhat shocked to find all the rip-off reports that Google presented at the top of my search which lead me to reading all the reports these innocent victims wrote. How Marquis Fulfillment Agency LLC continues to rip-off people to this day without the Feds cracking down on them is beyond me. LETS PUT A STOP TO THESE SCAM ARTISTS!
