i ordered the program and found if didn't fit my situation. I contacted them within the allotted refund period and they promptly refunded my money. I wish I would have found his program earlier. It gives great advice if you are trying to save your marriage

You obviously feel you got screwed. Good for you for sticking up for yourself. You should. You deserve it. No one should get taken advantage of in this world. I feel taken advantage of too. My husband and I met 15 years ago and have been married for 10 years. I thought it was 10 great years. We celebrated life together, kids, vacations, a lovely home, etc. He was the love of my life. Then I found out that he was using drugs. I was shocked. But I wanted him to love me and I wanted to be with him so I started using with him. Things got out of control and our relationship started to spiral. That’s when I found mort’s marriage program. I subscribed to the emails and read the testimonials. I felt hopeful. Then my husband accepted a job in another country. I was devastated. He would be away for months at a time only returning for a couple of weeks before going to work again. Once after he was home for a couple of days he asked for divorce. I thought I was living a nightmare. He wouldn't listen to me. And things he said so hurt me. This discouraged me from trying. Then my husband returned. At this point we were both clean and had returned to religion. He still said he wanted a divorce but we were still spending time together. Sometimes we talked till all hours of the night. We even made love. But he still wanted a divorce. He refused to admit that drugs played a part in our marriage. Mort said it did and that upset my husband. He never owned up to the issue and he was turned off that mort challenged him. He’s seen the changes in me and is glad I’m clean. I think he wants to follow, but he’s confused. mort fertel stole dr. harley’s ideas. The marriage program sometimes hurt and sometimes helped. It depends. I am desperate for a solution. But I don’t know if mort’s program can help in case of substance abuse even though his office says it can I am skeptical and don’t know if I trust it. I hate that my husband did this to us and I’m not sure how I feel about mort’s program trying to help us or whether it’s even worth saving. I’m confused; some people say the program has saved their marriage (many people) and I read about some complaints too with refunds.

I ordered Mort Fertel's program and found his voice annoying and hard to listen to, but still tried to make myself listen and do the exercises. The program includes a 10 minute consultation with Mr. Fertel - they more time is over $600 an hour! Their written and taped materials suggest at you listen to hours of the program's "That was what I was going to ask" tapes,8 of themIthings... You listen to one a week. They tellmyounto listen to them before scheduling your one on one "Laser Session"Because your question is probably already answered.
After 3 weeks of using the program I called the company to request a refund. I received no return call, and it took me 5 days to speak with someone. Communication back and forth added another 2 days and I was told I needed to schedule the laser session or I was no eligibledot a refund. I tried to schedule the session, but there were no appoint, ends for another month - so they said I was out of time, no refund, No Exceptions. How can they say 30 day refund, no worries, then italkers more than 30 days to schedule the mandatory appointment to meet requirement? I have filed a dispute with my credit card company, better business bureau, and every other way I can to warn people that they are unethical in their advertising. Theynalso boast a 90% success ratewhich I is nature, and unprovable as this is an anonymous telecourse.

If it were not for mort Fertels program, I would not have known what to do.I had 0% chance but my marriage is better than ever before... You clearly are only thinking about yourself and not the big picture. By people reading your comment, it can destroy many marriages And families. God knows, I had NO chance but this man "who has a business to run and rules are rules...
Was used by God to show me step by step what to do and IT DID WORK FOR ME... I will be forever greatful to mort fertel. Please reconsider and don't work against people who needs his advise... Look at the big picture please, I beg you for the sake of other marriages. I trust that you will do the right thing and don't take your anger and hurt out on Mort Fertel. He does not deserve it.

My complaint is against the people complaining about mort
fertel. This guy saved my marriage, and I didnt even think that was possible. I
had a chance to speak to mort personally during a private session and I was
very impressed not only with his advice but with how honorable and gracious he
is. I recommended the marriage fitness program to a friend, who decided he didnt
want it, so he returned it, and he got his money back no problem. if you read
the other complaints youll notice that most of the people admit that they didnt
meet the refund requirements. Shame on them for slandering a legit person on a
mission to help people keep their families together.
