Martha Meriedeth Studio Sandra Hunziker Order handmade items, received them, love them, want a refund, CCC send a refund and consumer keep the items too. Syosset, New York

This customer (Martha Merideth Studio/Sandra Hunziker placed an order on 4-19-2012 for a couple of handmade items (One Tinkerbell Dress, sixfairy wings and one wand. When we sent her the invoice it stated that she must read our store policies before placing the order. She agreed to my Store Policies when she placed the order as stated on the invoice: Paying this invoice means that you agree with our Store Policies (see attachment). If you have any question doesnt hesitate to email us or contact us by phone prior to place the order. Please be advised that she never emailed back or call so she understood our Store Policies and for that reason she paid.
As soon as she received the items she sent me an email stating the following: "All is unpacked and the fairy wings are more beautiful than we have ever hoped for. The Tinker Bell dress is breathtaking."
These items were going to be used for a photo shooting and a dance presentation as she stated in her emails. Two days after she received the items and after the photo shooting she decided that she does not want the items because they were not as she requested.
Please be informed that all my items are handmade and it was not the exception. They were made one by one not made in a mass production. As my Store Policies I specified that handmade items are NOT returnable or refundable due to the fact that they are made specially for the customer and we are not able to resell them again.
Mrs. Hunziker start to complaining and harassing me by emails and finally requested a refund to her Credit Card Company and the Credit Card Company refunds her the money. What makes this incredible and unprofessional is that she keeps the money and my items. As a professional at least she must return the items but she keeps them together with the money.
I spent hours and hours making these items just for her to having on time for her event and
at the end she keeps everything.
If the items were used ( they must be used) I need my money back IMMEDIATELY.
