Why do I cal Martin L. Hanies III a thief? Merrimack-Webster defines a thief as: one who that steals stealthily or secretlly. This is especially what Martin L. Haines III does and has been caught doing. I have been fleeced by this attorney, as have othes. He bills you for time that he doesn't actually work on your case, and he bills you at attorney rates for work down by those who aren't attorneys.
Why does he do this? Only he knows... There is no doubt his motivation is simple financial gaiin... Why else would he bill someone for working on their case 35 hours in a 24 hour day, you don't have to take take my word on it; do a simple Google search about how he over bills his clients.
The question you have to ask yourself is: "Would I trust this attorney with something as important as my Divorce and future financial earnings to someone who is solely out for themselves and does not care about their Clients?"
