That is correct. Mary Burns, attorney at law, who was supposed to care for children that were sexually molested. Instead of keeping the children safe with grandparents, she returned them to the perpetrator during the investigation.

The actual official court transcripts that show her misconduct and negligence. The long-term consequences have been devastating to the children.

This was a conspiracy and additional information can be obtained on this site under Dr. Phillip G. Helding, who was the investigator that waited 4 months to interview the victims.

Judge James B. Klein lacked good judgment

It is time for the light of day to shine on these fraudulent protectors of children. They should be indicted for their crimes.

More to follow...very soon.

Dear Alan and Family, What a sick world we live in when the people we have appointed to represent what we believe in and the law let us and our children down in the most horrible way. Your daughter has learned what gets a sick mans attention and that even what society considers a "decent" man (Judge, Doctor) has let her down your her last hope dad and the only thing you can do is be there for her she is suffering of course I don't have to tell you that. To your daughter I want to say " there is hope out there put your thoughts into a future that will take you some where these people that are having you do pornography are just victimizing you like terry did when you were little be your own best friend and take care of yourself emotionaly as well as physically, remember thier is a whole world of people out here that have now heard yours and your brothers stories and we are on your side believe it or not people that don't even know you can care very much.

I'm sure this happens more than we know and I sympathize. Your story made me very angry and I want to kill Terry especially and although I'd like to kill the mother, she is their mom. I would wait a couple years and then make Terry disappear. Why would that man pinch a three year olds p***s!? I'd like to pinch the piss out of Terry's p***s and hear him scream! Good luck and take my advice...torture first then let him think he is going to be freed then waste him!

Update of my daughter ..Due to the actions and inaction of Dr. Philip G. Helding, Attorney Mary Burns, Attorney Laurel Hart, and Dr. Theodore Allchin

#4Author of original report

Wed, December 28, 2005

Due to the actions and inaction of Dr. Philip G. Helding, Attorney Mary Burns, Attorney Laurel Hart, and Dr. Theodore Allchin, my daughter has become what I had feared. She has been involved in pornography, was recently arrested for burglary. She runs with a group of tattooed, pierced punkers. One of them committed assault with a deadly weapon against me at my home while I was attempting to stop my daughter from driving while intoxicated. She has a new tattoo; a skull and cross bones. She is traveling with 3 punkers and is homeless. This is what family court corruption will do to you and yours. Will it ever end? Only if people wake up and take back our rights to have equal access to our children and demand that these white collar criminals be indicted. Also responsible for the condition of my daughter are those who failed to intervene and allow me to protect my daughter from harm: Clark County (Las Vegas) Nevada Family Court Judges: Steven Jones, William O. Voy, T. Arthur Ritchie and Stephen Compan. Also responsible in Las Vegas: Attorney Rhonda Mushkin, Stephanie Holland, Psychologist, Dr. Corydon G. Clark, Child Psychiatrist and Child Protective Services in Chicago and Las Vegas. Creating criminals from children creates revenue for the ever-growing divorce industry and prison system. They make free people into felons and take away their rights. Land of the free and home of the brave?

Subj: Letter to Mary Burns Date: 9/9/2004 1:55:34 PM Pacific Standard Time Dr. Ms. Burns: I have known the family in this complaint quite well since 1996. As a Social Worker and someone who has investigated all types of abuse of children I have seen many sad miscarriages of justice. I have worked along side professionals who were paid to look after the welfare of children and protect them from harm. Sadly I have witnessed those in the profession who did not mind being paid for a job they did not do. I had also seen those for whatever reason would let things slip through the cracks of the system. Why? Maybe they were doing a favor, or there might be a conflict of interest which goes unnoticed or ignored. Maybe a political favor is taking place. It happens all the time. I have also worked with those who just do not care, they are just collecting a paycheck. I know through my training that it is critical to question an abuse victim as soon as the alleged abuse occurs. That is when the information given will be the most accurate and fresh in the child's mind. The child's memory is most clear and has not been tainted by parties with conflicted interest. Ms. Burns, I have seen these children suffer for the lack of attention that was given them by handing the children to the abuser. I would like you to respond as to why you would do this and also fail to speak to Dr. Rottschafer regarding these minors sexual abuse? You were the attorney appointed to protect the children. Your training as well as my own has taught us the importance of a speedy investigation and report. Can you please answer why you allowed Dr. Helding to commit malpractice by waiting 4 months to interview these children? These minors needed someone like yourself to report and protect them from their mother' and her boyfriend. You could have and didn't. Why? Everything we do in our life, the decisions we make, have a profound effect on others, which can, and will last a lifetime. I wonder had you done your job properly what these three children's lives might have turned out like. We will never know.

Is Mary Burns still making money under the guise of protecting children?

Why didn't you speak to Dr. Rottschafer? Do you teach a course that instructs child advocates how to cover up criminal sexual child abuse? You protected an abusive mother and a pedophile at the expense of my children. You know the long term effects of child abuse. Why did you permit this? You were supposed to protect them. Do you know what has happened to my children as a result of your malpractice?

THE ROLES OF ATTORNEYS WHO REPRESENT CHILDREN IN DOMESTIC RELATIONS PROCEEDINGS

#9Author of original report

Tue, August 31, 2004

Complied by Mary Burns, attorney. The guardian ad litem. "A guardian's role in legal proceedings is that of an investigator and reporter to the court. The guardian is bound to determine and advocate for the child client's best interest. The guardian can be called as a witness in the case and can be cross examined on their recommendations. While the guardian is typically an attorney, there is no on-going participation involving attorney advocacy. The guardian does not file pleadings, call witnesses, conduct cross-examination or engage in formal discovery and communications with the child are not protected by the attorney/client privilege."
