I would expect them to close your account online, if it was a subscription service. IMHO, this would include closing your account with their website wouldn't it? You really didn't explain how long you had had your subscription, the "owner" of the site says you requested a refund of your 6 month subscription. But, if you truly weren't happy with the site, I would think they would be able to refund at least a prorated share of the subscription, I.E. the part you HADN'T used (months). To keep the whole part, just because they believe you lied, is just bad customer service in my opinion. What difference does it make if you lied about the reason, if it was at the beginning of the subscription. Now, if it were at the end of the 6 months, well then, there's another side to the story. If you lied to get your refund and you had indeed used the site for the 6 months, then you probably aren't entitled to the refund. JMHO

As the site administrator, when there is a complaint (which by the way Rarely if ever happens with 220,000 members), I read the results to these PhD certified psychological tests because the answers are usually found There. If you obtain Ms. Haut's permission, I would show you the results to These tests and you will know why she didn't want to keep her 6 month Subscription. Having read them, I fully understand why she would not want to Stay on the site 6 months! Since other members can read the results to other Member's' tests...I don't seriously think that Ms Haut would have found too Many companions. We have never had a complaint like this before and I might have been willing To return Ms Haut's six month subscription except that we believe she lied About the reason why she wanted a refund. She indicated that this was an "unauthorized" use of hers or her husband's card... However, we suspect she Had another motive. Furthermore, if you check her email address she used to Make the complaint [email protected] you will note two things. We are Dealing with Maggie! Maggie created an account on Mary.com called MaggiePagie. And the account she used at GMAIL (the address people use who Want to hide) was [email protected]. However, small time crooks always Forget about the details. What links these two addresses together is the IP Address 68.196.169.222 which you can verify with optonline.com, .they take your money and than call you the crook what a rip off.

Your account was deactivated by the system administrator. this is what they did after emailing them a few time about a refund. now they will not email me back.
