Thanks, don't mind if I do:) That's what the support staff of Mass Article Control said to me by charging me upwards of $220 and giving me half-functional, crash-happy software tools in return. On top of that, they denied me access to the membership media I had purchased.
And to really show thier dedication to stealing people's mone--I mean serving thier customers, they simply ignored my requests to get access to the "exclusive" media I purchased.
I am at wits end with this company, and am done being a patient customer. I have contacted them to refund my money (They offer a refund if dissatisfied.) Will they ignore this request as well?
Best case scenario, they refund my money, and we're all now aware of thier severely lacking product support. I'll report back if they refund me.
Worst case scenario, they decide to do nothing and keep my money. In which case I create a fecal storm for them with my credit card company and the online community.
How will the saga end? Let's wait and find out, as they are about to be notified that they have just been reported to ripoffreport.com.
