Hello, I worked for this company and they make so many mistakes! In fact, they ripoff customers constantly. They do not honor their return policy as Michael stated and their customer service is HORRIBLE! I no longer work for this company due to so much stress in management.
I WOULD STAY AWAY AND BUY FROM ANOTHER COMPANY...SPARE YOURSELF A LOT OF MONEY AND STRESS!!

To Whom It May Concern,
I have repeatedly requested via email that Ms. Sole call me personally to discuss this matter. Not only is her statement, "I then spoke to his manager: Michael Garceau," totally false, 90% of the rest of her story is completely fabricated. Ms. Sole also very pointedly threatened us in a documented email that if we did not take the chair back and waive her restocking she would slander us all over the internet. We have complete email documentation available to verify all statements in this rebuttal but unfortunately this site does not allow for email attachments.
Ms. Sole purchased an IT-8500 on 11/1/2012 and immediately received an auto generated receipt stating she had purchased an IT-8500. Ms. Sole denies receiving the email receipt notification of her IT-8500 purchase however she inadvertently sent a copy of that email receipt to one of our administrators in other relevant correspondence. On 11/9/2012 Ms. Sole signed a "Proof of Delivery" and circled the selection, "Received complete and in good order. Delivery was made to my satisfaction." Ms. Sole noted in the comments section, "Footrest does not fold in as pictured on the website." There is not one picture on our website of the IT-8500 with the footrest "folded in" as the IT-8500 does not have that functionality.
Initially Ms. Sole told our representative she loved the chair but was concerned about the footrest. Shortly thereafter Ms. Sole immediately began stating she received the wrong chair. After repeated requests over a matter of three weeks for picture verification that Ms. Sole received the wrong chair Ms. Sole finally sent a picture of the chair she received, which of course was the IT-8500 as her email receipt weeks earlier verified, and of course was the chair she ordered.
We have repeatedly informed Ms. Sole we would honor our return policy as clearly stated on our website, we would even waive the restocking fee if she purchases another chair of equal or greater value.
We take great pride in customer satisfaction and even after her threats of slander we are doing everything possible to accommodate Ms. Sole.
