Master Spas inc. has set up an appointment for the serviceman to return to rectify the problem, therefore I believe they are doing whatever they can to make sure my spa is in proper working condition. Thank You!!!!

Master Spas inc. has been involved are are just giving me the run around. They are not resolving a situation that can be resolved by just exchanging the tub instead they would rather just drag on the situation, Obviously their warranty is not as good as they say.

Master Spas of Long Island is the issue right now! The owner Mr. Tambberino is the problem!!!!not Master Spas inc. but they should make sure that this situation is taken care of very quickly as it should be. Master Spas inc. just got involved because the owner of the store Mr. Tamberino Master Spas of Long Island never told the company what was going on. They had no idea that he sent servicemen here that were not qualified to fix my spa. Master Spas inc. also did not know that Mr. Tamberino put in writing that he would exchange the tub. Buyers beware that you should be very careful with Master Spas of Long Island as they DO NOT stick to their words. Master Spas inc. is dealing with this now and I will update this page to let everyone know how they deal with this situation.
