I have long hair and it was in due for trim and colour. I went to MasterCuts and decided to trim and color. They took me fairly quickly without an appointment, and the trim was very conservative, NOT a cut. BUT - the color is advertised at 24.95+ (they don't advertise cost for a trim, but Adult Cut is 15.95)
The bill showed $84.00. ??? Am I not in Kansas anymore? Where's Toto? Because I'm pretty sure a tornado just took me to some salon in Hollywood or something. My hair is longer, but how did it get to THAT? With a tip, it set me back nearly $100.00, (I was too dazed from the chemical headache the ammonia smell gave me to address the issue right then) and I am not exactly rolling in the bling, otherwise I wouldn't go to a mall salon! After one wash, the color faded (!!, dripping black foam down the drain, and my "Natural Color" started to return. In laymen's terms, that means...a-hem... grey popped right back. Not an 84.00 trim and color, that's for sure. I've contacted the store and they asked for my phone number which I provided:

But, alas, no one decided to discuss it further. I've since bought a drugstore color to fix it but not used it yet. I'm still trying to get someone to talk to me. What a ripoff!
