It is sad that these kind of people are allowed to set up shop in these states and S**** hard working people out of there heard earned money. It is more of the goverments fault local & state Because they will not do anything about it they just sit back draw their sallery and let it continue and say o-well S### happens. it does no good to report them to the BBB. as long as they pay there dues they allways stay in good standing.
