They are obligated by Arizona State Law to notify a customer that they are allowed 3 day cooling off period to cancel any contract with telephone solicitors. Within the 3 days, you must send a certified letter to them to cancel. They will ignore the letter, just have the proof that it was sent. If you send other copies, they will open them and possibly call, but do not expect them to listen or respond favorably. My experience: After months of disputing this, I will now name names and this report will remain on here until until this is resolved. I have been burned by this company. I was looking for a viable on line business. I wanted to set up the website and try out the process to see if this is the type of business I wanted to do. They would not tell me much about what had to be done. That was my first clue. I did not listen to my intuition (uncomfortable). But I was only risking $200 at that point. After paying an up front fee for them to set up the "website", I asked if there would be any more charges, except for the monthly website fee? They assured me that was "all I would need to make a lot of money." Nothing further would be needed. They would do all of the work. I had planned to try this out and work on it gradually. I was not interested in risking a huge chunk of money if it was something that I would not enjoy doing. After many weeks and missed appointments to help set up the website, the only return calls I got were for an advertising package. They essentially said that the website was USELESS without the advertising package. It later turned out to be very high pressure sales techniques used. BEWARE OF MATTHEW PERROTTI, salesman. When you try to get a word in, they interrupt and treat you like the intrusive salesman that they are. They won't answer your questions about the process of the business or show me any business financials. It was just too much! Not the cooperative approach they promised. Big mistake, giving credit card info before final decision to join. When I got the contracts by e-mail and saw that they contained statements that did not match what they said on the phone and did not include other promises told on the phone. I e-mailed them with concerns. When they did no answer my questions, I asked them NOT TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD. I called the credit card and asked them to refuse the charge. They told me it already had been accepted. I sent the letters within the 3 days. The certified letter sent to SEAN MORIARITY, CEO, at his legally registered address (with Arizona Corporations) was returned. I never got any response from him. I thought he might be concerned about his company's reputation. I did get a phone call from RICH PENUAL, VP OF MABS. During the conversation, I was personally insulted. Very disrespectful! This is how you treat potential colleagues? If I had been reassured, given a refund and they had gotten the initial website going and I was able to try out the business gradually as I had originally planned, and had seen some return on my $200 investment, possibly I may have reconsidered. If they had concentrated on proving themselves as a company, instead of trying to hang on to their ill-begotten gains of my money, I may have bought a package later on. But their true colors were coming out as they did not treat me open and fairly. I did not respond to that as he agreed to cancel everything. HE DID NOT KEEP THIS PROMISE. When I looked it up, at that point, the website turned out to be only a link to the main site--nothing special. No prospective customers could even reach it. Googling my business name did not reach it. You pay so much per month to "rent" this link. Then there is the high pressure sales pitch to buy their Advertising program, costing thousands of dollars. After numerous refusals, I considered a lower price due to their promises. Hard to find much research in advance. This should have been a clue. Now there is some--see Ripoff Report. They neglect to tell you that the 3-day rule DOES apply to them under Arizona law. They are supposed to tell you that you have 30 days to cancel. Get proof of mailing, because they will not accept a certified letter. Will not return e-mails or phone calls after they get your credit card info. Your Credit card may initially honor your dispute, but after they respond, it goes back on. I the end, if they prove (recording) that you gave them credit card info, they can charge your card, even if they violated laws and did not deliver what they promised. [Even if the written contract (even if unsigned) does not match what they verbally promise by phone]. If you do decide to do it--Make your own recording because that part is not recorded on theirs. I have been fighting this over a year. I will report to Arizona Attorney General, FTC and beyond. They just want investors into their business. This is how they make the money by scamming people who want a legitimate home business.

DO NOT INVEST IN THIS COMPANY. UNSCRUPULOUS--NO INTEGRITY What I have learned through all of this---I SUGGEST TO EVERYONE THAT YOU GET A DEVICE TO RECORD WHAT ANY TELEPHONE SOLICITER SAYS BECAUSE THEY WILL ONLY RECORD YOU GIVING THEM CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. (of course, you probably have to disclose to them that you are recording it). BETTER YET, DO NOT AGREE TO ANY VERBAL CONTRACTS BY PHONE. TELL THEM TO SEND YOU A WRITTEN ONE AND ONLY AFTER SIGNING THAT (IF YOU WANT) GIVE THEM CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.

I will be glad to add updated information to this post, current contacts and resolutions with this company. And, when I get a refund of my money, I may change my opinion of this company. Perhaps it is just the unguided behaviors of its employees. I have yet to hear from the CEO, even though my first letter was addressed to him with copies to Matthew Perrotti.

I have filed complaints to the BBB Phoenix Arizona. MABS did not respond so it is an open report. Since I have not gotten any refunds from this company, I filed complaints today to the NY State Attorney Generals Office and the Arizona Attorney Generals Office. I will let you know what happens.

I encourage all others who have been burned by this company to do the same for Arizona AG and your home state's AG. See my 12-25-09 update for the web addresses. You can file report for the AZ AG on line. NYS has a form you can fill out and mail. Many states are cracking down on Internet Fraud.
