I'm not sure if this report caused Matt to contact me but he did the day after I filed this. He said there was a problem with the order system and that my item was on its way. I received the item with a bonus to make up for the ordeal. The item was professionally packaged and I am happy with it. I'm not quite sure what to make of this. Maybe this person is a small time seller who is starting out and hasn't gotten their system down pat yet.
