Complaint Review: Matt Rainey: Power Window & Lock Repair 239-340-5132 - Lehigh Acres Florida

I am a person who can say that this assault on "amy" is ridiculous. She wouldn't even respond to this rebuttal, so I am. This rebuttal is completely invalid, the Mountaineer was stripped of it's power windows and motors..and yes the windshield was smashed. Who smashes their windshield before a voluntary bank repossession?? The reposession was by the vehicle's owner, not by any bank. She was a cosigner to the vehicle b/c she had no way to pick her children up.. someone did something nice for her and Dayna paid them back in spades. The ownership has since changed hands to another. I feel bad for Amy b/c Dayna has done nothing but try to make her life as miserable as Dayna's is (there was a personal issue between the two last year). She has blasted her on this website and put her on craiglist for a casual ad. This has forced Amy to change her home ## and cell ## in effort to avoid her and any further contact!! I can say that this business is not credible and the owner is now incarcerated. Dayna who believes that Amy should get a "hobby" should get a "job" and fix her credit so that she can be a productive member in society instead of a parasite, unemployed, part-time mom...

Anybody looking for these two for repairs of previous of work will be out of luck for at least 3 years. Take them to small claims. I sincerely hope Dayna enjoys her new address in Naples, because no one misses her in Lee County or Matt for that matter.

I also had Matts power window repair come out to my house to have my f250 2001 door lock actuator fixed.  He did come out fast and fixed it.  It went bad on one side and was grinding and fixed it again with in the 2weeks he had installed it.  Now it went bad again on the passenger side and contacted him 3 months later in November.  He didn't respond and finally responded and said they were out of the country till mid december.  Now I keep trying to get in touch with him and there has been no response and phone number is disconected as of today.  Not sure what to do at this point since I hired him to fix my parents truck and now they are out money and a broken door lock if he doesn't come back.

Amy im so happy to see your life is still going no where and still worrying about mine. And by the way we never had any problems paying for the car we just didnt want to or want the car period but now you have it back tucked away in your garage and since its STILL titled in my name i might want it back! Now Amy pick up a hobby and leave us and our business alone

The reason these 2 thiefs stripped the car and gave it back to the bank is due to the fact Mr. Rainey has had some financial difficulties from his criminal activities he was charged with in April. If you look up lee county arrest reports you would never give this duo your business. Mr. Rainey is a convicted felon. Shouldn't buisness owners be requires by law to inform you of these things. Especially when you are leaving something of worth with them?

First off I would like to say we never stole parts off any vehicle! The Mercury Mountaineer this person is referring to belonged to me and my ex boyfriend...her current boyfriend. We owned the vehicle together, and when we split up I got to keep the Mountaineer. Do to the economy our finances have not been so great and I decided that I was going to give the vehicle back to the bank. We did take the parts off my vehicle before letting it go. When this person heard I was letting the truck go back they decided they wanted it, the parts were already out of the vehicle. As far as business goes we do offer new or used parts. As said previously the economy is not doing so well and some people want there windows fixed but don't want to pay full price and that is when we offer the used parts. All of our work comes with a 1 year warranty on both new and used parts!

Matt & his associate, Dayna Sizemore, operate this business by stealing parts out of cars .. vandalizing other peoples vehicles, to put the parts in your vehicle & charge you the same $$! They recently removed the power windows & disengaged the power locks out of a Mercury Mountaineer owned by another party.. left the wedge in the doors and a punched out windshield to boot! After multiple requests for the equipment & parts back, nothing has been returned, not even a phone call. People I know that live in the Lehigh Acres, FL area remove all of their business cards advertised in local businesses & advise the managers that this particular business is run by scammers/criminals who are involved in criminal activity. The bill for repairs to the Mountaineer totaled $2000.00 for the owner. If you have considered using their business to repair your vehicle windows or locks or anything else & you were smart enough to google them first..reconsider. They do not deserve your business. In addition: If he has to fix he already stolen parts more than once, he'll write you off! There is no guarantee after his $300-$400 bill.. A Cape Coral, Florida U.S.A.
