You state in your report that "we have called over and over and he will not pay" - what does this mean? I have to imagine that when you first called him he had to give you some reason as to why he did not do the job and why he "will not pay" (perhaps you mean he will not refund the $1500). You also state "she signed a contract with him". What has he to say about that? Remember before writing your response that the answers you give will weigh heavily as to your credibility. I'm sure you will agree that there is a LOT of information missing in this report.
